- Annual meeting for most of BAT CIS sales force held in Sungate Hotel/Antalya
- A motivational trip that also included 2 days of conference
- Objective is to conduct the Annual Meeting for most of BAT CIS sales force to increase the motivation in a 2 days program
Strategy / Solution
- Provide the meeting in Antalya where work and leisure go hand in hand
- Launch/relaunch events of different brands around the concept "Destination: 2010"
Results
- 1.600 attendees from sales force
- Increase in motivation as expected
- Intrduction of different brands to the sales force
